Orders & production

How are your products made?

Everything is made to order (print on demand). After you place your order, your item is printed, cut and sewn by our production partners, then shipped directly to you.

How long does production take?

Because each item is made just for you, it ships in about 7–9 days and usually arrives in about 2–3 weeks. These times are estimates and can be longer during busy seasons like the holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@plushhavenhub.com. Once an order has gone into production it usually can't be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our items are produced and shipped by partners in China, so delivery can take longer than domestic shipping. You'll see the available options and costs at checkout and receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. See Shipping Info for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to many countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Returns & problems

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since every item is custom made, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

We'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. You don't need to send the item back. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Products

Is this a beanbag or chair?

No. Every pillow in our shop is a flat, custom-shaped plush pillow (about 2–6 in thick) printed with our artwork and cut to the shape of the design. Some designs picture a lounger, chair or cozy bed, but what you receive is a decorative shaped pillow: it is not a beanbag, chair, seat or pet bed and is not made to sit in.

What sizes do the shaped pillows come in?

S (about 15.7 in), M (about 19.7 in), L (about 23.6 in) and XL (about 27.6 in), measured along the length. Because each pillow is cut to the shape of its design, actual size can vary by a few inches and thickness ranges from about 1.9 to 5.9 in.

How thick are the pillows?

Our pillows are flat, custom-shaped plush pillows, about 2–6 inches thick depending on the design (Printify lists 1.9–5.9 in). Think big, soft, huggable shape, not a puffy beanbag or chair, and check the size chart for dimensions.

How do I care for my pillow?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) on a gentle cycle; hand washing extends its life. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Keychains: hand wash only, no bleach.

How big are the keychains?

About 4 in x 4 in, soft polyester with the design printed on both sides and a stainless steel key ring.

Do the photos show the exact product?

Most product images are mockups for illustration, and many pillow listings also include real photos of printed pillows. Because items are printed and hand-sewn to order, small differences in color, shape, size and print position are normal.
