Made to order

All products are printed on demand. Orders ship in about 7–9 days and usually arrive in about 2–3 weeks. Production times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons.

Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partners in China. Shipping methods, costs and destinations available to you are shown at checkout. Delivery time depends on your destination; international orders can take longer than domestic ones. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, email support@plushhavenhub.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our production partner.
