Processing time
All Plush Haven Hub products are made to order. Each item is printed, cut and sewn just for you, so it ships in about 7–9 days and usually arrives in about 2–3 weeks. This is an estimate; it can take longer during peak seasons.
Shipping time & cost
Orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partners in China. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method you choose, and international shipments can take longer than domestic ones. Most US orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks from the order date. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may be produced in different places and arrive in separate packages on different days.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address problems & lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't redirect a package after it has shipped. If your tracking hasn't updated for a long time or your package seems lost, email support@plushhavenhub.com and we'll look into it with our production partner.
